Sarah Dugger

This ABE instructor in Bristol, VA teaches classes at both Virginia High and the Bristol Sheriff's office. Sarah holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Covenant College in Georgia. She also works with the Bristol School System as a Parent Liaision Instuctional Coach.
