Our Location

Our Regional Office and main testing site for Washington County is located in the OTC Building on the main the campus of Virginia Highlands Community College in Abingdon, Virginia.

If you are planning a visit to our office or the Washington County Test Center, located in the OTC Building on the Virginia Highland Community College campus, below are some resources to help you find your way around. Parking is available near the OTC building on most days.
